Andrew Lockhart is currently a board member at Progresando.com and has previously held positions at GLG, TGW US, and Gamesa. Andrew has over 12 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on the wind energy industry.
Andrew began their career at Gamesa in 2009 as Head of Regional Sales. In this role, they were responsible for building relationships with key accounts and driving hardware, software, and services sales in the US, South & West Regions, and Headquarters. Andrew was successful in taking a major IPP from a sales lead to a multimillion-dollar order and also moved a key customer relationship from sour to a multimillion-dollar order placed by rebuilding trust.
In 2014, Andrew left Gamesa to join TGW US as Vice President of Business Development. TGW provides a range of solutions for material handling needs based around cost effective proven technology. During their time at TGW, Andrew was responsible for sales program development, product introductions, market and sales pipeline development, C-level contract negotiations, customer relationships, and industry trade show participation. Some of Andrew’s notable accomplishments include identifying possible first project owners for G128 and G136 models and facilitating the reintroduction of the G52/G58 product line by developing hardware, software, and service sales models.
Most recently, Andrew has taken on the role of board member at Progresando.com. In this position, they are responsible for overseeing the company’s operations and ensuring that its products and services are up to par. Andrew’s experience in sales and business development make him an asset to the company and they are committed to helping Progresando.com continue to grow and succeed.
Andrew Lockhart pursued a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at King's College London. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Physics at Royal Holloway, University of London.
