King Davidson

King Davidson serves as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Progress Residential®, overseeing the Dispositions Team and managing the portfolio of single-family rental (SFR) and build-to-rent (BTR) homes. With extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, King previously held the position of Vice President of Acquisitions, where an occupied, mid-market SFR portfolio acquisition vertical was established. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President at Fundrise, where King contributed to a $5 billion real estate AUM and oversaw significant growth in equity deployment. Other roles encompass Managing Director of Acquisitions at Clark Enterprises, Director of Acquisitions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and an early career as an Analyst at Opus East. King Davidson holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a Master of Science in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington and Lee University.
