Gouri LeDonne is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand strategy and management across multiple high-profile companies. Currently serving as the Director of Brand Strategy at Progressive Insurance, Gouri is responsible for building the newly established Brand Strategy organization and enhancing brand identity and preference. Previously, Gouri held the position of Head of Marketing for BOOST at Nestlé, leading significant growth initiatives, including the launch of a D2C site and a sustainability roadmap, and earning multiple awards for marketing excellence. Gouri's earlier roles include Senior Global Marketing Manager at Unilever, where impactful strategies for the Hellmann's brand were implemented, and various marketing positions at The Kraft Heinz Company, where innovative growth initiatives were executed. Gouri’s educational background includes an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Carnegie Mellon University and an Executive Education in Digital Marketing from Yale School of Management.
