Thom Luter

Thom Luter serves as the Director of Innovation at Progressive Property, where expertise in identifying growth opportunities through strategic innovations is leveraged. Previously, Thom held the position of Creative Account Director at Education Cubed Ltd and was the Agency Director at Progressive Media, successfully launching and managing a Podcast Management and Production Agency that reached 150 shows in three years. In a prior role at Progressive Property, Thom was Head of Innovation and led the management of a portfolio of brands while overseeing content creation and directing creative teams. Additional experience includes roles as Head of Creative and Lead Designer at Progressive Property and positions at Mimeo.com and Media One Communications Ltd, focusing on design and publication preparation. Thom holds a degree in Music and New Media Technology from Leeds Beckett University.
