Susan Hall

Susan Hall is an experienced professional with a background in engineering and product development, primarily in the food industry. At General Mills, from July 2004 to March 2020, Susan held various positions, including Senior Process Engineer for the Snacks and Meals Platforms, where contributions were made to the development of products such as Blue Buffalo Pet Food, Green Giant, and Totino's. Additionally, as Supply Chain Commercialization Initiative Leader, Susan managed project launches and guided teams through the commercialization process. Prior roles included Senior Packaging Engineer for Pillsbury and Product Development Engineer for frozen products. Earlier experience includes a Research & Development Co-op at Kimberly-Clark and an internship at NASA Glenn Research Center. Susan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
