Amit Goyal

Amit Goyal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director for South Asia at the Project Management Institute since May 2024, Goyal previously held the position of Head for India and APAC at edX, the largest MOOC platform, from March 2016 to May 2024. Goyal's earlier roles include Head of Education Solutions at Samsung India Electronics Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed product marketing and ecosystem management, and Vice President of Mobile Platform at Datawind Ltd., overseeing the launch of the Aakash Tablet. Goyal founded the Corporate Education College in London, leading P&L for India and driving sales and marketing initiatives. Educational credentials include an Executive Leadership degree from the University of Oxford and an MBA in Marketing from Oxford Brookes University.
