Program Management Team

The Program Management Team at Project Success oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of various educational programs and expeditions. This includes managing the in-class curriculum, organizing theater and outdoor activities, and facilitating local-to-global experiences for students. The team ensures that each program aligns with the company’s mission to engage and empower over 15,000 students annually in the Minneapolis public school system.
