Kadija Koita

Kadija Koita is an experienced professional with a strong background in residential advising and community support. Currently, Kadija serves as a Residential Advisor at Project Transition and KenCrest, focusing on member interventions, training in daily living activities, and advocating for individual goals. Additionally, Kadija holds the position of Resident Community Advisor at the University of Pennsylvania, providing support and safety resources to residents while fostering community engagement. Previous roles include bartending at the Mann Center for the Performing Arts, social media writing for YV magazine, and security and assistance positions at La Salle University.
