Adrienne Pankey

Adrienne Pankey currently serves as the Global Director of Learning and Development at project44, and concurrently holds mentorship and advisory roles at Tandem, Trova, Odyseek Inc., and the old girls club. Previously, Pankey was the Talent Development Lead at Hopin, where responsibilities included pioneering the talent development pillar and focusing on leadership development, talent management, and career planning. Before this, Pankey was a Senior Learning and Development Partner at Pinterest, where foundational work on talent management programming and onboarding strategies was accomplished. Additional experience includes roles at Facebook as a Sales Account Manager, at OMD USA as a Digital Media Strategist, and at Telerep as a National Sales Assistant. Pankey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Michigan State University.
