Nina Diachenko is a Lead Recruitment Specialist and Recruitment Group Manager at Luxoft, where management of a team of over 15 technical recruiters and researchers is a primary responsibility. With extensive experience in recruitment, Nina has focused on ensuring smooth recruitment processes, understanding job specifications, and supporting the relocation of candidates across various European locations. Previously serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Senior Recruitment Specialist at Luxoft, Nina has demonstrated a strong ability to fill roles and manage candidate pipelines, while also mentoring aspiring recruiters through the Projector Institute. Nina holds a Master's Degree in Management of Organizations and Administration from the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics.
