Janine Rojas Valderrama is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as Jefe de Gestión de Talento Humano at PROMART since June 2019, Janine focuses on recruitment processes, employee selection, and innovative strategies to reduce turnover. Previously, Janine held the position of Asistente de Recursos Humanos at Willy Busch, where responsibilities included recruitment for administrative and operational positions and developing effective selection strategies. Beginning the career as Practicante de Talento Humano at Real Systems, Janine gained experience in recruitment and psychological testing. Janine holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad de San Martín de Porres and has furthered education with diplomas in business administration and labor legislation.
