Diane Wagner

Diane Wagner, MBIT, currently serves as the Director of IT at ProMedica, a position held since April 2019, overseeing Finance and Supply Chain enterprise state systems. Previous experience includes a consultancy role at Huron Consulting Group and management of Finance Business Applications at Columbia Pipeline Group. Diane has a strong background in business analysis and project management, notably leading a financial transformation project at NiSource and managing finance IT functions at HCR MANOR CARE. Additional roles span implementation consulting at New World Systems and business analysis at EDS, along with earlier experience as an accountant and controller. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master's in Business Information Technology from Walsh College.
