Melissa Kerr

Melissa Kerr has extensive experience in the healthcare and wellness sectors, currently serving as an OSCE Examiner at Prometric since November 2020 and as a Registered Massage Therapist at Essential Physiotherapy & Wellness since March 2015. Previous roles include work as an OSCE Examiner for the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and Registered Massage Therapist positions at several clinics, including Dundas Community Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation and West End Physiotherapy. Additionally, Melissa has experience as a Head Trainer for women's hockey and rugby teams at St. Thomas University, providing emergency medical care, assessments, and ongoing treatment for athletes. Earlier in the career, roles included Emergency Medical Responder at G.S.S Security Inc. and Special Needs Camp Counsellor for the City of Hamilton. Melissa's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from the University of Guelph-Humber, along with training from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage.
