Eliott Montero

Eliott Montero is an experienced professional in the hospitality and spirits industry, currently serving as a Brand Ambassador for Don Julio at Proof Media Mix since October 2024. Previously held the position of Creative Director at Side-work since January 2017, and has been a Board Member and Vice President of the Southern California Chapter for the United States Bartenders' Guild since December 2019.
