Amer Deeba

Amer Deeba is a highly experienced professional in the technology and cybersecurity sectors, currently serving as GVP of the DSPM Group at Proofpoint since November 2024. Additionally, Amer advises Monad Inc and CyCognito, while holding a board member position at the Eduarte Courtot Foundation. Previously, Amer co-founded and operated as CEO at Normalyze, a startup specializing in data security, and was Chief Operating Officer at Moogsoft, overseeing key go-to-market functions. Amer's extensive tenure at Qualys included roles as Chief Commercial Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development, alongside significant contributions at VeriSign and Adobe Systems. Academically, Amer holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from American University of Beirut.
