Paulo Paliarini

Paulo Paliarini is an accomplished technology and operations leader with extensive experience in managing IT infrastructure and service delivery. Currently serving as Diretor de Tecnologia e Produtos at Propay S.A since August 2021, Paulo previously held significant leadership roles at Stefanini Brasil, including Director of Operations and Executive Manager, where strategic initiatives in the ITO sector were developed, achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Paulo's earlier experience includes coordinating IT infrastructure projects at Capgemini and Grupo Ferrarin, with noted achievements in implementing ITSM processes and enhancing service desk functions.
