Nicole K. Amend is a seasoned management consultant and coach with extensive experience in organizational development, change management, and business operations across various industries. Currently serving as a Management Consultant at Propeller, Nicole focuses on transition management and communications for a global retailer’s SAP rollout. As the owner of Amend Expand LLC, Nicole specializes in business operations, project management, and coaching. Nicole's leadership roles at the Junior League of Portland include Program Manager for HR platform implementation and former Executive Vice President overseeing operations for a 501(c)3 nonprofit.
