Prashant Kataria

Prashant Kataria serves as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Property Share since March 2024. Previously, Prashant held the position of Partner at King Stubb & Kasiva, Advocates & Attorneys from October 2021 to February 2024, and at Tech & VC Firm from July 2019 to June 2021. With extensive experience in venture capital and technology-backed companies, Prashant has a strong background in transactional and corporate law. Prior to that, Prashant was a Partner at Lexygen from 2006 to July 2019, where the firm specialized in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate services. Prashant began the legal career as an associate at Nishith Desai Associates from 2003 to 2006, after earning a B.A. LL.B. (Hons) from the National Law School of India University between 1998 and 2003.
