Matthew Koch

Matthew Koch has extensive experience in real estate and energy management. Currently serving as an Acquisitions professional at Prophet Homes since August 2024, Koch previously held the position of General Manager at New Western from April 2016 to December 2024, overseeing operations in both Oklahoma City and Tulsa. Prior to this, Koch was a General Manager and Drilling Analyst at Helmerich & Payne, where significant responsibilities included managing cash flow operations and analyzing drilling contracts. Early career internships at EQT Corporation and Frost National Bank provided foundational skills in land management and mineral rights negotiation, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Energy Management and Finance from the University of Oklahoma.
