Dave Dawson

Dave Dawson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Overwatch Syndicate since March 2020, Dawson is also the Chairman of the Board at Prophix Software and a Board Member for multiple companies, including Tai Software, isolved, and Trax Technologies. Previously, Dawson held significant positions such as CEO of AssetNation and Chairman of the Board at ApplicantPro and ProcessMAP Corporation. An alumnus of prestigious institutions, Dawson earned an MBA from William & Mary, an MSEE in Wireless Communication from The United States Naval Postgraduate School, and a BS in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy. Additionally, Dawson contributes to the USNA Foundation as a Board Member.
