Vincent Adiceam

Vincent Adiceam is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Of Staff to the CEO at ProQR Therapeutics since November 2021, Vincent leads teams in the CEO Office, PMO, and New Product Planning. Previously, Vincent held the role of Global Commercial Excellence Director at Centrient Pharmaceuticals, where leadership of a team focused on pricing and margin improvement was emphasized. Experience at Novartis includes serving as Marketing Director for Gene Therapy and Ophthalmology, where strategy development for over 45 brands was achieved, and earlier roles within Novartis Pharma SAS showcased capabilities in crisis management and sales force effectiveness. Additional leadership experience stems from a tenure as Regional Sales Director at Alcon and strategic consulting at Accenture. Vincent holds a Master of Science in Management from emlyon business school and a Master's in Political Sciences from Sciences Po Bordeaux.
