GLEIDSON AFONSO RODRIGUES MAIA has extensive experience in system implementation and quality management within the laboratory and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Consultor de Implementação de Sistemas at PRORADIS since July 2022, Gleidson specializes in the implementation and training of RIS/LIS systems, alongside managing project timelines and client needs. Previous roles include positions at Shift, where responsibilities included technical training, project support, and the development of solutions. Gleidson has also worked as an Assessor Científico and held various technical roles in quality management and analytical laboratories. With an academic background in technology, project management, and clinical analysis, Gleidson is currently pursuing a master's in Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Health.
