Laura Combs

Laura Combs currently serves as the Director of Risk, Strategy & Governance at ProScore Technologies, focusing on maximizing the effectiveness of the Inflation Reduction Act incentives through an AI platform. With extensive experience as an Environmental Planner and Policy and Regulatory Analyst since 2007, Laura has connected various non-profit organizations with critical funding resources to support underserved communities, particularly in renewable energy. Previous roles include Director of Energy Equity at Eagle Solar and Light, where efforts were directed toward enhancing access to solar and energy efficiency solutions, and prior positions at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, where significant awards were received for exceptional performance in environmental protection initiatives. Laura holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning/Environmental Planning from Florida State University.
