Faythe Aiken

Faythe Aiken is an experienced professional in project management and research, currently serving as a Project Manager at Prosper Portland since July 2019. Faythe also contributes as a Board Member at L'Arche Portland since January 2015. Previous roles include Quality Implementation Specialist at Bethesda Lutheran Communities and Social Policy Analyst at PEACE. As a Senior Research Analyst at CQL | The Council on Quality and Leadership, Faythe focused on data analysis and outcomes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With a background as a Research Analyst at the Human Services Research Institute and earlier experience as a Research Coordinator at the University of Notre Dame and Volunteer Coordinator at L'Arche Belfast, Faythe has a solid foundation in public policy analysis and psychology, holding a Master’s degree from Portland State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Holy Cross College.
