Majid Syed has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as a Solutions Partner and Integration Management Consultant at Prospera Credit Union since May 2020. Prior to this, Majid held various roles at Westminster Savings Credit Union from May 2015 to May 2020, including Business Analyst and Customer Service Representative. Communications and customer service skills were further developed through a tenure at Save-On-Foods from June 2009 to April 2015 as a Customer Service Representative. Majid’s educational background includes a Certificate in Business Analysis from The University of British Columbia (2018-2020), a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Kwantlen Polytechnic University (2012-2015), and a Diploma in Business Management from the same institution (2010-2012).
