Hector Montalvo has extensive experience in business development and sales across diverse industries. Currently serving as a Business Development Consultant at Prospera USA since August 2021, prior roles include Partnership Specialist at the U.S. Census Bureau and Executive Director at the Georgia Hispanic Construction Association, where Montalvo successfully grew membership and secured funding. Earlier experience encompasses positions as Logistics & Broker Services Manager at Shippers Services Express, Account Executive at Ricoh Americas Corporation, and Pro Sales Manager at The Home Depot, among others. Montalvo holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Carlos Albizu University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
