Jessica Souder

Jessica spent 19 years supporting the U.S. government and defense firms on National Security issues in Europe, South Asia, Africa, and Latin America. She specializes in leading cross-functional teams and building and managing multi-faceted alliances. She has an MA from GWU’s Elliott School of International Affairs and graduated with Honors from Penn State University.
