Barry Greyling is currently the Director of Corporate Finance & Treasury at Protix, a leader in the insect industry, since May 2022. Prior to this role, Barry held positions including Mid-market Real Estate Debt Finance at RNHB, Group Corporate Finance Director at Platform Housing Group, and Director of Treasury and Corporate Finance at Centrus. With extensive experience in corporate finance and treasury spanning across notable firms such as PwC and Investec Bank, Barry has developed expertise in capital raising, refinancing, and financial advisory. Barry's educational background includes a B.Com in Investment Management and Economics from the University of Pretoria, as well as certifications from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
