Erin Richter

Erin Richter is a Sales Support Specialist at Protolabs since January 2024, previously serving in the same role at Hubs until January 2024, where responsibilities included contract administration and customer relationship management. Erin has a diverse background in sales support, having worked at Phillip Jeffries Ltd from April 2021 to February 2023, managing client orders and collaborating with sales teams. Experience also includes roles at House of Blues Entertainment as Retail Manager and Hospitality Assistant, where Erin demonstrated strong customer service and operational management. Additional positions held include Supervisor at Lucky Brand, Publicity Intern at Muddy Paw PR, and various roles during studies at Columbia College Chicago, culminating in a Bachelor's Degree in Music Management in 2016. Erin is also active in promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace as the DEI Events Chair and LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group Co-Chair at Hubs.
