Gill Park

Gill Park possesses extensive experience in operations and project management, primarily within the natural resources and lean enterprise sectors. Currently retired, Gill Park served as Vice President of Operations at Proudfoot, focusing on the Natural Resources Division from November 2018. Prior roles include Project Manager positions at Quest Worldwide and Lean Enterprise Partners, LLC, where the emphasis was on waste elimination and lean transformations, particularly for Kimray, Inc. Additional experience encompasses consultancy and leadership roles in lean management at ReturnOnEfficiency and Kaufman Global, complemented by academic credentials, including a Ph.D. in Motivational Psychology from the New School University.
