Kristin Jonason

Kristin Jonason, MAPP, NBC-HWC, serves as a Senior Consultant at The Prouty Project since October 2016, where Kristin enhances workplace wellbeing and delivers leadership development programs. Kristin's prior roles at The Prouty Project include Consultant and Associate Consultant, focusing on leadership development and strategic planning for various organizations. Prior to this, Kristin held positions as Assistant Director at Camp Olson YMCA, Marketing Coordinator and Product Analyst at RICS Software, and was part of the Orr Fellowship program. Kristin began a career in youth leadership at Camp Olson YMCA, where responsibilities included leading outdoor trips and overseeing teen development programs. Kristin earned a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from DePauw University.
