Caroline Guillemin Sauvée

Caroline Guillemin Sauvée is an experienced aromatic professional currently working as an Aromaticienne at PROVA SAS since September 2021. Previously, Caroline held the same position at Bobble Liquide (CEFOP) for a brief period, where responsibilities included creating an aromatic laboratory and overseeing production. At AROMA SENSE, Caroline served as an Aromaticienne and was responsible for formulation management and laboratory operations. Earlier experience includes an apprenticeship position focused on the establishment of aromatic processes and formulation, a role as an R&D Project Assistant at Amorino contributing to vanilla extraction processes and new recipe development, and a laboratory technician internship at Charabot involving aromatic molecules and production monitoring.
