Susan M. Esper

Susan Esper has been with Deloitte since September 1991, currently serving as the Audit & Assurance Industry Leader and Partner, where responsibilities include overseeing strategic initiatives and leadership for audit teams across various industries. With a robust history of engagement with complex industry clients and C-Suite leaders, Susan has also held roles such as Audit & Assurance Client Experience Leader, New England Private Company Practice Leader, and New England Financial Services Industry Leader. Active in community and professional organizations, Susan is a Board Member at the Massachusetts Women's Forum, Vice Chair and Audit Committee Chair at Providence College, and a Board Member and Chair of the Women's Network Advisory Board at the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. Susan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Providence College, earned in 1991.
