Pallavi Kar is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Provident Housing Ltd since October 2024, Pallavi has previously held the position of Associate Director of Human Resources at Table Space and worked as a Learning and Development Manager at Reliance Retail. Pallavi's career also includes significant contributions to Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited as a Manager in Learning & Development and as a Faculty member at Manipal Global Education Services. With a robust educational background that includes a Master's in Business Administration from Utkal University and specialized training in Strategic HR Leadership from SP Jain School of Global Management, Pallavi has a proven track record of designing training programs, managing stakeholder relations, and enhancing organizational learning through innovative e-learning platforms.
