Tim van Winsum

Tim van Winsum has extensive experience in smart and sustainable mobility, currently serving as an Adviseur Slimme & Groene Mobiliteit at Provincie Groningen since February 2021. Prior to this role, Tim held positions at Groningen Bereikbaar from July 2013 to February 2021, including Strategisch adviseur Planning & Smart Mobility and Medewerker Planning en Monitoring. Tim also worked at Gemeente Groningen as an Assistent-project manager in the Projectmanagement department from February 2010 to July 2013 and began their career as a Service employee at ODN Bedum between May 2008 and February 2010. Tim van Winsum holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Groningen and the University of Washington, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Human Geography & Urban Planning from the University of Groningen.
