Kees van der Plas

Kees van der Plas has extensive experience in infrastructure management and engineering services, currently serving as Sectormanager realisatie infrastructurele werken at Provincie Noord-Holland since May 2011, where responsibilities include planning, construction, replacement, and management of infrastructure works. Prior to this role, Kees held the position of Sectormanager Ingenieursdiensten, Geodata en Innovatie, overseeing the provincial engineering office and leading innovation initiatives. Kees also worked as sr. Projectingenieur, contributing high-quality advisory and assessment services within the same sector. Previously, Kees served as Teamhoofd at Dienst Landelijk Gebied from July 1992 to May 2011, managing the Delta(natuur) team and overseeing regional development projects in Zuid-Holland. Kees holds a degree from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, completed in 1992.
