Rachel van Weissenbruch

Rachel van Weissenbruch is an experienced beleidsadviseur and project manager with a strong background in civil engineering and water management. Since 2008, Rachel has worked at Provincie Noord-Holland, focusing on policy advising for the Natuurnetwerk Nederland and contributing to various initiatives in spatial development and infrastructure processes. Rachel has also served as an advisor for project management and environmental management, overseeing significant projects such as the Pilot-Project Kop van Noord-Holland. Previous roles include a water management advisor at HKV Lijn in Water and a researcher at Rijkswaterstaat. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology and has pursued additional training in mindfulness, influence skills, and project management.
