Ana Burgi

Ana Burgi is an accomplished attorney currently serving as an Assistant City Attorney/Prosecutor for Provo City since March 2024, having previously held similar positions with Spanish Fork City from July 2015 to March 2024. Ana Burgi began an independent practice as an Immigration Attorney from 2015 to January 2019 and gained valuable experience as a Student Attorney at the University of Wyoming College of Law, where representation in post-conviction criminal cases and legal document preparation were key responsibilities. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law and a prior Juris Doctor from the University of Tirana School of Law. Additional experience includes legal research roles for Chemonics International/USAID and the Central Election Commission in Albania, as well as a summer legal internship with the Utah County Public Defenders Association.
