Matthew Dunlap

Matthew Dunlap is Chief Business Development Officer for Nelnet and has been a member of Nelnet’s Board of Directors since March 2022.

Mr. Dunlap graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from Northwestern University in 2012 and earned his Juris Doctor, a professional degree in law, from University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 2015.
