Louise Versaeilie

Louise Versaeilie is an experienced recruitment and talent acquisition specialist with a focus on IT and technical profiles. Currently serving as Chargée de Recrutement at PROXIAD, Louise is responsible for recruitment processes including needs analysis, candidate sourcing, and onboarding. In addition to this role, Louise works as a Talent Acquisition Specialist & Employer Branding at Anywr, overseeing recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives both domestically and internationally. As the founder of the melodic techno collective Melonade, Louise also organizes music events. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Manager and IT Talent Acquisition Specialist at Talan, where strategies for recruitment and employer branding were developed, as well as experience in event management and trade assistance. Louise holds a Master's degree in Management interculturel and a Licence in Traduction et interprétation from ISIT.
