Rachel Watson

Rachel Watson currently serves as Principal Consultant for Global Talent Development at Proxima since August 2019, having previously held roles as Talent Development Manager and Senior Consultant. Prior to Proxima, Rachel was Associate Director of EMEA Procurement and EMEA Category Manager for Commercial Procurement at Cushman & Wakefield from July 2015 to August 2019. Earlier experience includes positions at Oxfam from November 2011 to July 2015, where Rachel managed commercial spend categories, handled stakeholder engagement, and coordinated humanitarian communications. Rachel holds an Advanced Diploma in Category Management, Risk Management, and Sustainability in Supply Chains from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, an MSc in Economic Development Studies from the University of Glasgow, and a BA (Hons) in Geography and Economics from the University of Strathclyde.
