Alexa Dillon is an accomplished product design professional with extensive experience in leading UX and UI design across various platforms. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Proxima since January 2024, Alexa has previously held the same role at Arro and served as a Principal and Senior Product Designer at Catchafire. Previous positions include Product Designer at DojoMojo, Senior Product Designer at Urban FT, and roles in graphic and UI design at Norma Kamali Inc., Favly Inc., and as a freelancer. With a strong foundation in graphic design from FIDM, Alexa specializes in creating high-quality design deliverables, effectively collaborating with product owners, and driving design direction for diverse projects.
