Sofia Silva

Sofia Silva is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Generalist at Prozis since October 2021. Prior to this role, Sofia worked at ACA Grupo as a Técnica de Recursos Humanos from March 2019 to October 2021. Earlier experience includes positions at Msearch - Recrutamento & Seleção, where Sofia progressed from HR Trainee to HR Junior Consultant and finally to HR Consultant between February 2017 and March 2019. Sofia holds a Master's degree in Organizational and Work Psychology from Universidade de Coimbra, attained in 2017.
