Eugene Shpilsky is an experienced technology and cybersecurity professional currently serving as Vice President at Prudential Financial, focusing on Technology, Cyber Risk, and Resilience Management since February 2023. Previously, Eugene held various leadership roles at Mizuho, culminating as Director of Information Security and Technology Risk Management, where responsibilities included oversight of operational risk management and serving as Interim CISO. Prior to that, Eugene gained substantial expertise at AIG, L3Harris Technologies, and other organizations, specializing in information security, technology risk management, and compliance. Educated at Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications, along with advanced studies in Jewish Law and Philosophy, Eugene has a robust background in developing security frameworks and managing both risks and compliance in diverse environments.
