Joe Ybarra

Joe Ybarra is a Principal Consultant at Capco since February 2022, responsible for managing projects and teams of consultants, engineers, and QA personnel while generating strategic recommendations to identify sales opportunities. Previously, Joe held several roles at Thinkbean, LLC including Director of Engineering, where responsibilities included managing engineering, product, and design teams, as well as serving as the engineering team’s advocate in company strategy. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Drupal Engineer and Drupal Front End Engineer, focusing on custom module development and frontend solutions. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Software Engineer at Focal55, Lead Developer at Qwest Communications, and Business Development Manager at Everyone.net. Joe earned a degree from San Jose State University from 2002 to 2007.
