Judy Dougherty

Judy Dougherty is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience at Prudential Financial. Since joining the company in 1990, Judy has held various leadership roles, culminating in positions such as Head of Enterprise Capabilities, Financial Wellness Officer, and Head of Strategy for Prudential's US Businesses. Prior to the current tenure, Judy served as VP of Prudential Retirement. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BS in Management from the University of Scranton.
