Courtney Harbert

Courtney Harbert is a Project Engineer at BSI Engineering since August 2019, with prior experience as a Mechanical Engineering Co-Op and Project Management Co-Op. Responsibilities included managing project budget, schedule, and scope while serving as a key communicator between clients, team, and vendors. Previous roles include Personal Gardener at Rice's Landscapes Redefined, Shift Supervisor at Almost Heaven Ice Cream, Teaching Assistant for a thermodynamics class at the University of Dayton, and Camp Counselor for the University of Dayton Women in Engineering. Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Business Administration Minor from the University of Dayton and has attended Maynooth University, Walsh University, Stark State College, and graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School.
