Lisa Demaline

Lisa Demaline is an accomplished HR leader with over 10 years of progressive experience in employee relations and HR initiatives that align with organizational objectives. Currently serving as the Director of Employee and Labor Relations at PSECU since April 2021, Lisa has a strong background in stakeholder management, organizational alignment, and talent management. Previously, Lisa held key HR positions at HMSHost and the National Democratic Institute, and was the Senior Director of Field HR, Compliance, and Employee Relations at Sprouts Farmers Market, overseeing HR functions for over 28,000 employees. Earlier in Lisa's career, significant experience was gained at Fifth Third Bank as a Vice President and Employee Relations Advisor. Educational credentials include certifications in Emotional Intelligence and Management Training, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Social Sciences from Hodges University.
