Lei Ma is a distinguished engineer with extensive experience in radio frequency (RF) design and engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer and RF Power Amplifier Architect at pSemi, a Murata Company, Lei Ma previously held positions as a Principal RF Design Engineer at Qualcomm and a Principal RFIC Design Engineer at Broadcom Inc. Additionally, Lei Ma co-founded Raytronics Technology and served as its CTO. Expertise in RFIC design was also developed during tenure as an Expert Level RFIC Design Engineer at Avago Technologies. Lei Ma holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University, awarded in 2007, and a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completed in 2003.
