Michelle Golden

Michelle Golden is an experienced executive assistant with a solid background in supporting high-level executives across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at PSW since November 2024, Michelle's previous roles include Senior Executive Assistant at the SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Physicians of Southwest Washington. Early career experience includes positions at Mason General Hospital, Washington State Department of Health, Franciscan Health System, and MultiCare Health System, where responsibilities ranged from administrative coordination to managing complex schedules and employee support programs. Michelle holds an Associate of Arts degree in Public Administration from City University of Seattle.
